RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Chemspec
wishes to advise shareholders of the resignation of Mr S van Niekerk, as an
executive director of Chemspec with effect from 31 August 2013 to pursue
personal interests.
The Chemspec board of directors wish to extend their thanks to Mr van
Niekerk for his invaluable contribution to the Company over the last 2 and
a half years and wish him well for the future.
