PASSING OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
It is with great sadness and regret that Hyprop announces the passing of Les Weil on 28 June 2013.
Les served as a non-executive director on the board of Hyprop for ten years.
Les’ diligence, knowledge, experience and unwavering commitment will be sorely missed. The board and
management of Hyprop extend their deepest sympathy to Les’ family.
