2013, posted on 1 July 2013, are unchanged from the reviewed condensed provisional consolidated
financial statements which were released on SENS on 9 May 2013.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Afrimat Limited will be held at The Cedar
Conference Room, Poplars Restaurant, Race Course Road, Durbanville on Wednesday, 31 July 2013 at
14:00. The notice of the annual general meeting is issued with the integrated annual report.
