majority of shareholders approved all of the ordinary and special
resolutions tabled at the Company’s annual general meeting (“AGM”)
which was held earlier today, 1 July 2013, at 09h00 at Glenhove
Conference Centre, 52, Glenhove Road, Melrose Estate, Houghton,
Johannesburg.
