CHANGE IN BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, notification is hereby
given that Ms Kabela Maroga, has been appointed as an Independent Non- Executive Director of Wescoal
with effect from 1 July 2013.
Ms Maroga is a qualified chartered accountant and also holds a graduate diploma in mining engineering
from Wits University. She has more than 13 years’ experience in the corporate financial environment and
currently is the managing director of Kabela Consulting. She also serves on the board of Redisa
(Recycling and Economic Development Initiative of South Africa) and RBA Holdings Limited.
