Linked unitholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 15 November 2012 and
11 February 2013 in respect of the Sunnypark Shopping Centre acquisition and are advised that the
Sunnypark Shopping Centre has been successfully transferred to Rebosis with effect from 28 June 2013.
