Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting
of shareholders of Nutritional Holdings held today, 5 July 2013,
at 10h00 at 5 Sneezewood Lane, Glen Anil, Durban, all of the
proposed ordinary and special resolutions, as contained in the
notice of annual general meeting, were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders present and voting in person or by proxy.
