VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
1. VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT
The company is delighted to announce that it has been
informed yesterday by the JSE’s Issuer Regulation Division
that the investigation on the 2009 circulars and Annual
Financial Statements has been completed and that no further
action will be taken by the JSE as a result following this
investigation.
The company wishes to thank the JSE for this conclusion and
confirms that it is committed to finalise all issues paving
the way for the lifting of the suspension of trading of its
securities.
2. RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement
dated 17 May 2013 and are advised to continue to exercise
caution in dealing in their shares until full announcements
in respect of all of the transactions referred to therein
are made.
