Shareholders of AECI (“Shareholders”) are advised that AECI has entered into discussions
relating to the disposal of the greater portion of its property assets at Modderfontein, in
Gauteng (“the Proposed Disposal”). The property assets that are the subject of the Proposed
Disposal are surplus to the AECI Group’s operational requirements.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in AECI shares until a
further announcement in this regard is made.
