Blackstar announces that on 24 May 2013 it purchased a total of
78,293 ordinary shares of ?0.76 each in the Company (the
"Shares") at a price of R11.01 (#0.72) per share. The purchased
Shares are expected to be held in treasury in accordance with
applicable law.
Following the above purchase, the Company has a total of
82,088,500 shares in issue. Excluding the treasury shares the
