NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Sovereign shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that the Integrated Report 2013, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2013 and notice of annual general meeting,
was posted to Shareholders on Tuesday, 9 July 2013 and contains no changes to the condensed
consolidated provisional group results which were published on the Stock Exchange News Service on
Thursday, 16 May 2013.
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of the Company will be held at 10:00 on
Wednesday, 7 August 2013 in the Company’s boardroom, 9 Kruis River Road, Uitenhage, Eastern Cape.
A copy of the Integrated Report 2013 is available on the Company’s website at
