CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that, with effect from 8 July 2013, Ms Gesina (“Ina”) Cross has been appointed as Sentula’s
company secretary, replacing Ms Grace Chemaly who has resigned as company secretary.
Ina has approximately 18 years’ experience in the legal services industry. Prior to joining Sentula, she was a
practicing attorney for seven years before assuming the position of legal manager at Anglo Platinum, where
she remained for over five years. Thereafter, Ina joined Barrick Gold as a director of legal services, where
she remained for over six years.
The board of directors of Sentula would like to thank Grace for her contribution over the past three years and
wishes her well in her new role as Sentula’s Group Legal and Compliance officer.
