Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Company announces the
resignation of Gold Equity Registrars Close Corporation as
company secretary effective immediately and the appointment of
Arcay Client Support Proprietary Limited with effect from
8 July 2013.
The board of directors would like to thank Jack Friedman from
Gold Equity Registrars for many years of valued and loyal
service and wish him well in his retirement.
