Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders of Sable Platinum held on
Thursday, 11 July 2013 (in terms of the notice of annual general meeting contained in the company’s
integrated report issued on 31 May 2013) all of the resolutions tabled thereat were approved by the requisite
majority of shareholders.
