REMOVAL OF GUARANTOR
Notice is hereby given, that following the request for consent
notice issued to Noteholders on 12 June 2013, requesting the
Noteholders to consider and, if thought fit, to consent to the
release of RCS Personal Finance (Proprietary) Limited (“RCS Personal
Finance”) as a Guarantor under the Programme, the motion was
approved by the required majority of Noteholders on 26 June 2013 in
accordance with Condition 19.3 of the Terms and Conditions.
RCS wishes to inform the Noteholders that as of 9 July 2013, the
Terms and Conditions of the RCS Programme Memorandum have been
amended to reflect the removal of RCS Personal Finance as a
Guarantor.
