Results of the partially underwritten rights offer
Shareholders are referred to the circular regarding the partially underwritten rights offer to RBA
ordinary shareholders, posted to shareholders on 24 June 2013 (“the circular”), which closed on
Friday, 12 July 2013.
The directors are pleased to advise that shareholders and their renouncees applied for
53 438 285 ordinary shares, equivalent to 42.75% of the rights offer shares. The remaining
71 561 715 rights offer shares will be taken up by the various underwriters, whose details are
included in the circular.
The accounts of dematerialised shareholders were updated with their entitlements and debited
accordingly and certificates posted to certificated shareholders today.
