RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Platfields (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Seth Radebe has resigned as an independent
non-executive director with effect from 1 July 2013 due to a conflict of professional interest arising as a
result of the company, of which Seth is the Managing Director, merging with the firm of auditors of
Platfields.
The Board thanks Seth for his contribution to Platfields and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
