In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that,
with effect from 12 July 2013, Sarah Margaret Lawrence has resigned as company secretary in order to
devote her time and attention to her private practice and that Adam Theodore Snitcher, a qualified attorney,
has been appointed as the company secretary with effect from such date.
The board wishes to thank Sarah for her contribution to the company and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
