UPDATE ON PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unitholders are advised that Arrowhead is in discussions in relation to the acquisition of a R500 million
residential property portfolio which is subject to the conclusion of binding agreements.
This is in addition to the R160 million of retail, office and industrial properties which has transferred since
31 March 2013 and approximately R440 million in respect of which Arrowhead has concluded or is in the
process of concluding binding agreements.
Linked unitholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in their Arrowhead linked units until further
announcements in respect of the residential property portfolio are made.
