CHANGES TO THE ROLE OF A DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors of PPC (“Board”) is pleased to
announce the changes in the role of Mr Salim Abdul Kader.
Mr Kader was previously the Managing Director of the South
African operations. He will be assuming a new role as Chief
Operating Officer, responsible for all Group and Head
Office Human Resource matters as well as Group Branding
Strategy and Corporate Communications, with immediate
effect.
Mr Kader has 9 years of experience within the Company and
has served the Board of PPC since 2005. Mr Kader’s new
role is aligned with the Company’s strategy of streamlining
its corporate structure and the Board would like to wish
him well in his new role.
