CHANGE IN ROLE OF CHAIRMAN FROM NON-EXECUTIVE TO EXECUTIVE
CHAIRMAN
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, shareholders are advised that the
role of Mr NMI (Gora) Abdoola, the Non-executive Chairman of Beige
has changed to that of Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
Mr Moses Tembe, who was appointed as an independent non-executive
director and lead independent director on 27 July 2012 will
continue to act in that capacity.
