RETIREMENT OF CHAIRMAN
CMH announced today that Maldwyn Zimmerman had advised that he
would stand down as chairman of the Company with effect from
the next meeting of directors, scheduled for mid-October 2013.
Zimmerman has been at the helm of the CMH Group, first as CEO
and later as chairman, since its inception in 1976. He
advised that he would remain as a director of the Company, but
would like to dedicate more time to personal and family
interests.
An announcement regarding his successor will be made after the
next meeting of directors.
