FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING DISPOSAL OF MUSCLE SCIENCE AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY
ANNOUNCEMENT
Update on Disposal of Muscle Science
Further to the announcements released on SENS on 30 April 2013 and 7 June 2013 in respect of
negotiations to dispose of the Muscle Science Brand and related sub-brands and trade-marks (the
“Brands”) or BioScience’s subsidiary Aldabri 53 (Pty) Limited (“Aldabri”), which holds and trades
Muscle Science, shareholders are advised that the disposal is progressing.
One of the suspensive conditions is that Aldabri obtains court sanction for an Offer of Compromise
with the Aldabri creditors (“Offer”). Section 155 of the Companies Act requires that an Offer has to
have the support of the majority of creditors in number and 75% in value; this support has been
secured and the company is now seeking the sanction of the Court for the Offer.
Renewal of cautionary announcement
Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the company’s shares until
the financial effects had been announced.
