DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE INP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for INVESTEC PLC and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to INVESTEC PLC (INP) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a total dividend amount of 144 cents per INPNNH share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 12 August 2013. The total dividend amount of 144 cents per share instalments is comprised
of foreign dividend amount of 28.8 cents per share instalment and a local dividend amount of 115.2
cents per share instalments.
The foreign dividend of 28.8 cents per share instalment is subject to a local dividend tax of 15 per
cent. No STC credits were utilized. This results in a net dividend of 24.48 cents per share instalment.
The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The local dividend of 115.2 cents per share instalment is subject to a local dividend tax of 15 per
cent. No STC credits were utilized. This results in a net dividend of 97.92 cents per share instalment.
The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 26 July 2013. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 29 July 2013. The record date will be Friday, 02 August 2013.
