DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE INL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for INVESTEC LTD and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to INVESTEC LTD (INL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 144 cents per INLNIF share instalment that is payable on Monday, 12
August 2013. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC credits were utilized. This
results in a net dividend of 122.4 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to
two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 26 July 2013. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 29 July 2013. The record date will be Friday, 02 August 2013.
INVESTEC LTD's income tax number is 9800/181/71/2.
