In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Saul Jonathan Sieff has resigned as Financial Director of BK One in order to pursue
new opportunities.
The board wish to thank Jonathan for his contribution to the Company and wish him well with his
new endeavours.
A further announcement regarding the appointment of a new Financial Director will be made in
due course.
