Companies Act, 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised of the following:
Arisaig Africa Consumer Fund Limited has notified the Company that it has acquired
2 155 717 shares of the Company. Accordingly, their beneficial interest in the Company
following the acquisition equates to 12.07% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
