CONFIRMATION OF CONSENT AGREEMENT BY THE COMPETITION TRIBUNAL
Shareholders are referred to the Group’s annual results announcement published on 13 May
2013 and which disclosed a provision for an administrative penalty payable to the
Competition Commission.
The Competition Tribunal has confirmed the administrative penalty of R58,8 million which is
to be paid within 30 days from confirmation.
