RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of Metrofile (“Shareholders”) are advised that at the general meeting of Shareholders held
today, the special and ordinary resolutions relating to the approval and adoption of a new memorandum
of incorporation to replace the existing memorandum and articles of association of Metrofile, were passed
by the requisite majority of shareholders present or represented by proxy.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual Properties Commission in due
course.
