APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
On 10 June 2013, the Board of Italtile (“the Board”) announced that
the Group’s Nominations Committee had been tasked with interviewing
and appointing a Group Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”).
Further to that announcement, the Board is pleased to advise the
appointment of Mr Nicholas (“Nick”) Booth as Group CEO with effect
from 1 July 2014.
Mr Booth is currently CEO of Ceramic Industries Limited, a position
he was appointed to in 2001. He holds a National Diploma: Heavy
Clay Technology and a National Management Diploma.
Italtile founder, Mr Giovanni Ravazzotti will serve as CEO of the
Group until Mr Booth’s effective appointment date, whereafter he
will resume his position as Chairman.
