CHANGE IN EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited (“JSE”), the board of
directors of The Don (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that as a result of The Don having
obtained shareholder approval to dispose of its nine hotel properties in terms of the circulars to
shareholders dated 25 September 2012 and 22 January 2013 and, as a consequence, the duties of the
Financial Director having been substantially reduced, the JSE granted approval on 5 July 2013 to the
Company in terms of paragraph 4.8(b) of the Listings Requirements to employ its Financial Director,
Ms Uviwe Vuyokazi Mzilikazi, on a part-time basis.
