NOTICE OF AN ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN YORK SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as amended
and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, York shareholders are
advised that the Company has received notification that Regarding Capital Management
(Pty) Ltd (on behalf of clients) (“Regarding Capital”) has acquired a beneficial interest in
York Securities (“the Acquisition”).
Following the Acquisition, Regarding Capital now holds 8.2% of the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.
