RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The directors are pleased to advise that at the annual general
meeting of the Company held on Thursday, 25 July 2013, wherein
shareholders unanimously approved, with the exception of ordinary
resolution number 5 which resolution was withdrawn, all the
ordinary and special resolutions as presented in the notice of
annual general meeting.
The memorandum of incorporation approved at the annual general
meeting, will be submitted to the Companies and Intellectual
Property Commission for filing.
