PURCHASE AND SALE OF ASSETS
Shareholders are advised that Osiris has completed a purchase of a 100% shareholding in Trito
Petersfield Limited (“Petersfield”) for an agreed purchase price of £755,000 (“the purchase”).
Petersfield is the owner of four residential units in Petersfield, UK.
Shareholders are further advised that Osiris has completed a sale of its 100% shareholding in
Banstead Property Holdings Limited (“Banstead”) for an agreed disposal price of £631,822 (“the
sale”). Banstead is the owner of a retail property in Banstead, UK.
The purchase and the sale are in line with the company’s stated investment policy, to invest
opportunistically in undervalued real estate assets. The company continues to actively seek
potential properties with strong sustainable income from high quality tenants and which have
leases with a high likelihood of being renewed on expiry.
Osiris has a primary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the
Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited.
