In compliance with section 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders of
the Company are hereby advised that Kenneth John Capes has been appointed as an executive
director of the Company with immediate effect.
Kenneth has over 26 years experience in the Ready Mixed Concrete and Aggregates industry
with six years as an executive committee member at Lafarge South Africa. Kenneth started
Metier Mixed Concrete in 2007 and subsequently expanded the operations from Kwa-Zulu Natal
to Gauteng.
The board of directors welcomes the appointment of Kenneth as a director of the Company and
looks forward to his contribution.
