CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of
the JSE Limited, Alert Steels’ shareholders are hereby
notified that Mr Mahomed Gani has been appointed as Chief
Financial Officer of the Alert Steel Group with immediate
effect.
Mr Gani replaces Mr Johan du Toit whose resignation was
announced on 8 July 2013.
Mr Gani is a qualified chartered accountant as well as a
member of SAICA and IRBA. He was a partner at PWC from 2003,
until his retirement in June 2013 and prior to that he had
been a partner at MSGM Auditors.
