In terms of rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Invicta is pleased to
announce the appointment of Rashid Ahmed Wally (“Rashid”) as an independent non-
executive director and member of the audit committee of Invicta with effect from
today, 30 July 2013.
Rashid has held various senior executive positions with IBM in Africa, Europe, Middle
East and South East Asia and Lenovo in Africa. Rashid has over 38 years of experience in
the information technology sector and is currently chairman of the board and member
of the audit committee of Mango Airlines (SOC) Ltd.
