CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF DORBYL
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby informed that Ms. Londiwe
Mthembu has resigned from her positions as independent non-executive
director and Chairperson of the board of directors of Dorbyl (“the
Board”) with effect from 1 August 2013.
The Board would like to thank Ms. Mthembu for her valuable contribution
to the Company and wishes her well on her future endeavours.
Shareholders will be informed through SENS as soon as the Company has
found a suitable replacement for Ms. Mthembu.
