In accordance with the DTR 5.6.1, Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the “Company”)
would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 31 July 2013, the Company’s capital consists of 755,157,698 Ordinary Shares of
25 pence each, of which 431,450 shares are held in treasury. Accordingly, the total
number of voting rights in the Company is 754,726,248.
The above figure (754,726,248) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
