Disposal of Business of Alex White & Co (Pty) Limited
Astrapak is pleased to advise that it has disposed of the business of Alex White & Co
(Pty) Limited as a going concern to Tadbik Pack SA (Pty) Limited (“the disposal”). As
part of the strategic review conducted late last year the business was identified as
non-core and had limited growth prospects within the Astrapak portfolio.
All conditions precedent has been met and the disposal was effective from 1 August
2013. There is no material impact on either the earnings or assets of the Astrapak
Group as a result of the disposal.
