In accordance with paragraph 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that 86 823 shares awarded to Mr MS Aziz Joosub, Chief Executive Officer, in terms of the
company’s forfeitable share plan on 1 July 2010 have vested. Mr Aziz Joosub elected to retain
56 198 shares but sold 30 625 shares to cover his tax liability for this award. The details of the
