RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement and detailed cautionary announcements dated
17 May 2013 and 21 June 2013 respectively, the company remains in negotiations,
subject to a due diligence and conditions precedent, for the acquisition of a number of
licences issued by the Government of Namibia to Palatina, for the right to engage in
the exploration and development of oil and gas in off-shore Namibia as well as an
intended rights offer. Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in the company’s securities until full and further announcements
are made.
