DE-LISTING OF NEWWAVE PLATINUM NOTES
Absa Bank Limited, acting through its Corporate and Investment Banking division has from
commencement of business today, redeemed 800,000 Platinum Notes at a redemption price of
R141 per Platinum Note, based on the spot USD price of one-hundredth of a troy ounce of
Platinum on 5 August 2013.
After the de-listing there will be 908,305 Platinum Notes in issue.
