TRADING UPDATE
Shareholders are advised that Interwaste expects earnings per
share and diluted earnings per share for the six month period
ended 30 June 2013 to increase by between 30% and 50% over the
comparable period (2012: 2.21 cents per share), and headline
earnings per share and diluted headline earnings per share for
the same period to increase by between 85% and 105% (2012:
1.54 cents per share).
The financial information on which this trading statement is
based has not been reviewed or reported on by the Group’s
auditors.
The Group’s consolidated financial results for the six month
period ended 30 June 2013 will be released on SENS on or
before 31 August 2013
