Further to the announcement released on SENS on 31 July 2013 in respect of an application by
Dr Ferreira for the liquidation of BioScience, BioScience has notified Dr Ferreiras attorneys
of their intention to oppose the motion.
Under the circumstances shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing
in the Companys securities until a further announcement is made.
