CHANGE OF REMUNERATION COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN
The board of directors (“the Board”) of Invicta hereby announces that Mr DI
Samuels, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been
appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of the Company
(“Remuneration Committee”) with immediate effect. Dr CH Wiese, the Chairman of
the Board, remains as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
