FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 26 June 2013, and using the terms defined therein unless
otherwise stated, shareholders are advised that negotiations between Sentula and the Miranda Consortium
are still in progress, which if successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of Sentula and
Miranda’s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in Sentula and Miranda’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
