Holders of Seardel ordinary shares (“Ordinary Shareholders”) and Seardel N-ordinary shares
(“N-ordinary Shareholders”) (collectively “Seardel Shareholders”) are hereby advised that
all of the resolutions proposed at the general meeting of Seardel Shareholders, the class
meeting of Ordinary Shareholders and the class meeting of N-ordinary Shareholders held
today, 8 August 2013 (in terms of the notices of general meetings contained in the circular
to Seardel Shareholders issued on Wednesday, 10 July 2013) were passed by the requisite majorities.
