Shareholders are referred to the Company’s previous cautionary announcements as well as the announcement
released on 2 August 2013 relating to the assignment and option agreement (“the Option Agreement”) between
the Company and Isitsaba Investment Group Limited (“IIG”), in which shareholders were advised that the
duration of the Option Agreement has been extended and that the Company will continue to keep shareholders
updated.
Shareholders are consequently advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities
until a further announcement is made.
