FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to prior cautionary announcements,
the last of which was published on 08 July 2013, relating
to the International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) in principle
agreement for the subscription of shares and partial bond
guarantee and are advised that the Company is currently still
in negotiations with the IFC, which negotiations, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the
price of Trustco’s securities.
Accordingly shareholders are advised to continue
exercising caution when dealing in the Company`s securities
until a full announcement is made.
